We have had Steve and his team in for the 2nd time as we were so pleased with his previous complete renovation of our back garden. This time it was just raising the height of some walls. Steve has matched in the same style of bricks and the work was completed well within the timescales he qouted and at his normal competative price. Hard working, experienced, reliable, and courteous are all the qualities you will find with Steve and his team. Steve came highly recommended by my sister and we entrusted him with the transformation of our lumpy, uneven mud pit of a garden. The brief we gave was to create a garden room, a big patio, have more secure boundaries and to retain some green space! Steve and his team hit the ground running, there was never a lull in the work and there was a lot that was done in 4 weeks. It must be noted that the wet weather conditions made it almost impossible to work in but true to their convictions, they just got on with it. Now, there is so much more usable space in our garden and the transformation definitely had the wow factor, we are very happy with the results! The clean up was meticulous, all traces of mud and muck were painstakingly removed once all the work was complete. Steve very clearly takes pride in the execution of his projects and is a perfectionist. Equally, he is completely approachable, keen to please his clients and is very flexible with any changes. "When Steve and his team turned up to begin dismantling the bower woodwork, old patio, paths,3 sets of steps together with several yards of clay soil and a couple of fir trees, it was the start of the hottest week of the year. They worked miracles in that heat, but in under the quoted time, transformed the area into a really lovely place. The new large patio & bower, with one set of steps to the left and a new walled-sided slope, with a lovely shrub planted border, to the other,-(that will now enable my elderly relative to get up to her garden)-,looks terrific. The team work so hard, even starting earlier to get a cooler few hours. STAC laid my large patio in 3 days. This was the second job they have done for me, the first was Block paving in my front garden which only took a morning they had it finished by early afternoon. Both jobs are amazing, they are so clean, tidy and organised in their work ethic, all their staff were so professional at all times. Their work is faultless, I would highly recommend them. It was such a bonus not to have to clean up after work men, they cleaned up all areas so well, you wouldn't even know they had been working there, big thanks to Steve and his team! "Steve and his team have just finished our driveway and patio. From the outset, Steve was hugely responsive, polite and helpful in his emails. He was the only person to give us a rough quote as he measured up (rather than just suck his teeth and shake his head as though we were asking for the impossible). It was clear that he has a raft of experience which meant he could give us an estimate which he firmed up later on email. He, and his team, worked tirelessly to get the job done; they arrived before 7.30 every day and I never saw Steve stand still for more than a moment. We can't believe how quickly it was done and we love the result - it looks great. It was probably a nightmare as jobs go (on a slope, neighbours etc) but the whole team were a pleasure throughout. Given some of the unexpected issues that cropped up I expected prepared myself for some add-ons and fee negotiations which didn't happen. From start to finish, the process was painless. Steve and his team at STAC landscaped our entire garden. They did the rear composite decking with rendered planters in 2016. We were so pleased with the result, we asked Steve to do the rest of our garden in 2017. His rebuilding of our front Victorian wall is superb, our neighbours kept stopping to admire it. We also love our limestone paving area. Steve is very practical, professional and economical. His team are hard-working and efficient, there are no delays. I definitely recommend Steve.

Steve and his team did an amazing job with our garden, we are so pleased with the transformation. Our old fence was pretty broken and covered in overgrown ivy. They cleared everything so quickly and the space was left tidy after each day. The clearance and fence only took two days which was so quick. They did a really great job of interpreting our ideas for the garden landscape and everything was done with great care and precision - giving advice and help to make the best use of the space - inserting sleepers to line the flower beds,a small patio and artificial grass on two different levels. Now we just need some sunshine so we can enjoy! Thank you Steve and the team.
